Lamaze International cannot process purchases or registrations without proper payment. Lamaze is unable to accept wire transfers. All fees must be paid in US Dollars, and drawn on a US bank.
Lamaze does not refund membership or certification payments (including the certification exam fee). Membership and certification with Lamaze International are conferred upon individuals, not organizations, and as such, they non-transferable.
Requests for refunds will be considered if the request is received within 30 days of purchase and the product has not been viewed or completed. Lamaze International reserves the right to refuse refunds for educational products and may charge a cancellation fee if the request for a refund is approved. Purchases are non-transferable.
Educational Events and Activities
Cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Refunds, less an administrative cancellation fee, will be distributed only to individuals who cancel 30 days or more before the scheduled event. No refunds will be distributed for cancellation requests made within 30 days of the scheduled event. The amount of the administrative cancellation fee may vary from event to event. Cancellation requests, administrative fees, and refunds for the Annual Conference may have different or additional stipulations.
Please notify Lamaze International of any name changes or substitute registrations at least 15 days in advance of the event. Any funds transfer for substitutions must occur between the registrant and their replacement.
A $35 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
In the instance of circumstances beyond our control, Lamaze International reserves the right to cancel a product or an event.
