Lamaze International offers continuing education and professional development opportunities for childbirth educators, nurses and other maternal/child health professionals looking for quality education that is both affordable and convenient. Education opportunities are also for those seeking or maintaining childbirth educator certification.

Educational offerings include seminars offered by Lamaze Accredited Childbirth Educator Programs, Lamaze specialty workshops, the Annual Conference, and scheduled and on-demand online courses.

Lamaze International is an ANCC-accredited provider – the only childbirth education organization to achieve this accomplishment – demonstrating our commitment to rigorous standards for delivering high quality evidence-based education offerings for childbirth educators, nurses, doulas and other healthcare professionals. For nurses, most state licensing boards and other certifying bodies accept ANCC accreditation for RN re-licensure.
