Local Learning:
Educate with a Lamaze Workshop

Bringing a Lamaze Workshop to your facility is an easy way to provide high-quality continuing education and offer knowledge and skills essential to the success of today's maternal-child health professionals.

Interested? Here's how it works:

  • Select the Lamaze Workshop curriculum.
Identify which specialty workshop you would like to bring to your facility. Learn more about the Breastfeeding Professional Support Workshop and the Evidence-Based Nursing: Labor Support Skills Workshop.

  • Identify a qualified instructor and apply for a workshop license.
Your facility might already have a nurse manager, lactation consultant or educator who meets the qualifications to become a Lamaze Specialty Workshop Instructor.

See if someone on your staff meets the workshop instructor minimum requirements. Need to locate an instructor? Contact an approved Lamaze instructor on our Licensed Providers page.

Your license will be valid for one year from date of purchase and will provide you with all the materials you need to present the workshop, including the curriculum plan, student handbook, and more!

  • Hold the Lamaze Specialty Workshop educational offering!
